maxisys app just stops tried everything please help

     so ive updated my 908 to v03.01.00 and now my maxisys app just randomly closes cant do anything at all, cant even re download vehicle software. I have cleared cache done factory reset nothing has solved problem.
    just to be clear as possible I turn on tablet it boot up to the main screen of the maxsys app (6 tile screen) then randomly at anytime even if you just let it sit there it will just close out to the android homescreen. it will do this in any part of the maxisys app diagnostics, maxifix, update, etc.
    problem is only in maxisys app, seems like app is corrupted but factory reset doesn't fix it. can the maxisys app be downloaded and installed somehow?
    please help scanner is completely useless now

    Ive talked with tech support. he emailed me reflash files. I did the flash all was good, it needed v2.99 update ran that all was still working good. then it wanted v3.01 update ran that update and problem is back immediately. maxisys app closes constantly wont stay open long enough to even download any vehicle software. problem is obviously in version 3.01 not hardware issue. anyone with suggestions please? I am waiting for tech support to get back to me trying to get reflash files for v3.01 instead of having to run 2 updates right away

    As for this case, please try the following ways:
    1. Connect your tablet with your PC via USB cable.Turn on USB storage on Maxisys, wait a few minutes, then turn off USB storage, unplug the USB cable.
    2. Keep pressing Maxisys and move it to App Info, then click Force Stop to have a try.
    3. Reboot this device.

     thanks for responding. I tried this a few times. didn't work. definitely a issue with the maxisys app on v3.01 is there a way you guys could email me the flash files to go right to v3.01 without doing it in steps? maybe that would solve the issue. or can you send me just the maxisys app to be reinstalled? everything else works fine so cant be a hardware issue.

    Do you mean your unit has also received the message" maxisys has stopped"? Just now I sent your email, could you please help to collect the log for our analysis?

    I have been in contact with one of your support agents out of California. he made a log file and sent it in for me. my updates are active.
    I don't get any messages the maxisys app just closes randomly. problem makes scanner completely useless. I cant even download the vehicle software

     I have same problem. Version 1.29 . app stops and gs oes to home screen in about 5 second so any help with this  please. And I am out of update time
